The fully automatic water softening device is a device with the function of softening the hardness of water. As the hardness of water is mainly formed by calcium and magnesium, the fully automatic water softening device uses ion exchange resin to remove scaling ions such as calcium and magnesium from water.

When the raw water containing hardness ions passes through the resin layer inside the exchanger, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water are replaced by the sodium ions adsorbed by the resin. The resin adsorbs the calcium and magnesium ions, and the sodium ions enter the water. In this way, the water flowing out of the exchanger is softened water with hardness removed. The Ca2+and Mg2+(the main components that form scale) in the water are replaced. As the Ca2+and Mg2+in the resin increase, the efficiency of removing Ca2+and Mg2+gradually decreases, and regeneration is carried out. The regeneration process is to rinse the resin layer with saline solution in the salt tank, replace the hardness ions on the resin, and discharge it out of the tank with the regeneration waste liquid. At this time, the resin regains its softening exchange function. The fully automatic softening water equipment uses ion exchange resin to remove scaling ions such as calcium and magnesium from water. Product Structure
1. Imported control valve: The valve body material is high-strength, lightweight, corrosion-resistant engineering plastic, and lead-free brass.
2. Anti corrosion tank body: The tank body is made of fiberglass (carbon steel or stainless steel lined plastic tank body can be selected), which is corrosion-resistant, pressure resistant, and has a long service life.
3. Uniform water distribution system: using jet type water distribution, the effective exchange capacity of resin can be fully utilized, and salt control is accurate without the need for a salt pump.
4. Imported high-performance resin: Strong acidic cation exchange resin is selected, with low damage rate, uniform particle size, and improved ion exchange rate.
Work Procedure
1. Water supply: Untreated water passes through the resin layer, undergoes an exchange reaction, and produces soft water.
2. Backwash: Water enters from the lower part of the resin layer, loosens the resin, and removes fine impurities.
3. Salt water regeneration: Using high concentration salt water (NaCl) to flow through the resin, the failed resin is reduced back to sodium type resin.
4. Rinse: According to the process of water supply, rinse excess salt solution and regenerated calcium and magnesium ions through resin.
5. Water injection: Inject water into the salt tank to dissolve the salt for the next regeneration.
